i was helping my oldest with dinner last night. very simple dinner. we heated up the oven to put our french fries in. soon as i put the baking dish in the oven the thing starts spittin sparks out at like it was posessed. so needless to say. we now have no working oven and im looking forward to dealing with the land lord on this issue for fear he will blame me and raise the rent for having to put in a new oven. it was a very old oven to begin with...

Pray in faith that your landlord will understand about the oven being an old one and will replace it and not raise your rent! Have a positive attitude and pray with a sincere heart ask God to help you get this problem taken care of and move in your favor and not the landlord's! He loves His children and wants only the best for those who love, honor and obey, His Son, Jesus! Praise the Lord that you or your daughter didn't get burned or that there was no fire to cause damage or burn your place down! See there is always something to give God the glory....even when things look the darkest! God Bless and my prayers are with you in the same way, so as we agree God is in the midst and working it all out for your good and His purpose! RO 8:28 Wow, I've sure been posting a lot of that verse today! No coincidence though, He is trying to tell someone or all of us something that He wants us to learn and believe! Thank You, Jesus!

God Bless!

Oooops, I forgot that I posted, thought I still needed to.....oh well, after all Ma is old!

We are landlords ,and when something like that happens to an old stove...we replace it.....period! Why raise the rent because of something we as landords were remiss about.Quite simply: it is not your fault...it's the landlord's responsibility to rent workable, safe utilities.
Hope you get this resolved to your satisfaction

I used it when I had to replace the heating element in my drier and the belt another time... saved myself a lot of money :) just follow the "Repair Help" link to what appliance you want to repair. Easy instructions and cheaper than hiring someone to fix it.

Good one for men and women who want to repair their own appliances! Thanks Joe! :)
