Went back to the ballfield agine .Two days in a row. First day 58 coins and silver ring, Second day 64 coins and silver braclett.Guess I've found virgin ground!! after you've learned the sounds this Safari really gets the treasure.Sure wish my backordered wall charger would get here, going through quite a few batteries. The darn things been on order since April.Boy Mine lab better get on the ball. So much for customer service.Hope I never need to have service on my machine. So far my machine has been working fine.Been hunting in C & J most of the time with auto Sens.Getting Dimes at 8 inches,Quarters at 8-10 inches. Not many old coins but hope to change that in my next couple new spots.Just got a tip about an old ball field there since the 50's.Maybe some silver there ? Always get people asking does that thing work ? When I show them all my coins their eyes get big with a smile.Lot of people haven't seen a real detecter before.Having a ball with my Safari. Keep on digging. See Ya.

I know how you feel about the wall charger. Been waiting 4 months for one.

I've found the same type of ball field that hasn't been touched. I can't go more that a coupe of swings without a good tone. I spent about 6-1/2 hours in just a small area of the bleacher area last week and pulled out $50 in change. $35 in quarters! I was surprised I didn't pull up any jewelry, but I have a lot more area to hit on this site. I too have enjoyed the Safari after having it about 7 months. Having the combination of an ID with multiple tones is much better than the old machine I had. Well worth the money spent. Paid for it the first week I had it with a nice diamond ring find.

Happy Hunting!

Easy solution

Buy some NIMH batteries and wall charger or two at radio shack. Plug em in and charge. 4 hours later your all set.
