AS our Arable fields are now planted finds from a grass site. First a toy lead pig early 20th century. then a small crotal bell minus its hanging loop but still rings circa 17th century.using a Nel Hunter coil on the T2 SE both good depths

Brian, some nice finds, how are you getting on with the Hunter coil ??? any advantage in getting one over the SharpShooter one, must admit the SS is my all time favourite.

Any input on the Hunter coil would be most welcome.

THe Hunter coil covers more ground the depth is very good but not that much over the sharpshooter as yet.But minimal chance to search as the ground in saturated

Same here the ground is saturated, was hoping a break in the wet weather would come but its still raining at the moment,so it looks like another weekend without detecting,at least we dont have the snow as yet as across the pond, but the forecast mentions we could have some during the week as well.

Enjoy seeing your finds from over there. Nice ones. Have the Hunter on my Omega and the Sharpshooter on the A T Pro and really like the NEL coils. HH jim tn
