I just had to pass this tip along. It could save you a couple of dollars.

So is the video in error? maybe I missed something...I am blond headed. martin

tha heading said that it was a gag film

The heading said "Gagfilms.com". Did you open a battery and check it out ? Where did you find out there "there are 8 c size batteries" in the 6 volt battery?
I would like to check out the source. I could have been fooled.

Several years ago we opened one up, and the cells inside were the size of either C or D cells. It was quite a while ago, but I am sure they weren't AA's.

the way that I found out was I opened one before and there are 8 "C" batteries ,four packs of two sealed in a metal sleeve

Yeah, that's an old trick to get some cheap batteries. Problem is, you never know what you're gonna get. I've seen these with eight "C" cell batteries, four "D" cell batteries or several of the small penlight "AA" batteries.
If you really want to save some dough, just get rechargeables. More $ upfront, but you'll really save in the long run.
Happy Hunting!:)
