Hi all, would anyone know what a battery door for a Teknetics 4000, would cost? I have 2 Tek. 4000 and one has battery door gone. I use one and have the other for friends to use. Thanks Flintstone

I would expect it to be very low cost. Contact First Texas and inquire.

Contact Teknetics Customer Service at: 1-800-413-4131.
I'm guessing they will send you a FREE battery door via USPS. Most metal detector companies that I have had experience with will do that on small inexpensive items for owners of their machines.
Another First Texas person you might want to keep on file to contact for help sometime is Mike Scott, Director of Hobby Sales. His E-mail address is : ms@frsttx.com< Note, his address does not include an "i" after the f .
