Best Coinshooter - T2 or Omega?

Anyone have experience of using both? I'm only interested in hunting coins and the odd jewellery. Is the extra expense of the T2 worth it? I currently have a GTI1500 which has proved amazing at finding coins and I am loath to give it up but I have serious issues with tennis elbow and may have to switch to a lighter machine...

I have an Omega and have had T-2's since they first came out. For coins, my nod goes to the Omega, particularly if you run it with the 11" DD. Op freq better suited to high conductors, and definitely easier to run hot with "0" discrimination. Nicer high tone audio modulation. I hear and get slightly better depth with the Omega on coins compared to the T--2.

You can use the notch feature on the Omega for coins, something I don't think the T2 offers. I have the Fisher F5 which is basically the same machine and it kills on coins.
