Best Deus headphones?

I have used the WS4's and WS5 and love the WS5's. This time I've ordered a set of Vance Muffs to see how they feel and sound. I've heard good reviews.

I got CP6 and love them....I also got a pair of Vance MUffs coming as I hear they are Great.....

I also got the ws4, but do not like them for hearing them sweeet tones.

Jim

Best tones (clarity)are unfortunately not ws4 or ws5 wireless but when plugged into the remote.
Th adapter clip and the ws4 allows you to use whatever you prefer.
Vance phones have insufficient padding on muff

I am planning on using the wired xp backphones on my Deus, not interested in the wireless ones, the clarity that these phones produce for the price is pretty amazing, use them on all my other machines as well. Not used or planning on using my normal high end full headphones yet but if the weather gets cold may use them to keep my ears warm.

My Vance muffs sound great and are nice and light but they do fit tight like all good ear muffs designed for maximum ambient noise blockage . Converted to wireless Sunray Pro Golds are super sounding as well and we all know they are top quality as well .

I have the Vance Muffs as well...they perform well but I do wish the pads were twice as thick. I prefer not to have the insides pushing against my ears for hours.
I'm considering buying another set of the same brand shooting muffs that have deeper cups and moving all the cabling and speakers into them.

The WS4s work great during the hot summer months.

Harbor Freight has a couple of styles of ear muffs for less than 10 bucks --the shape is the same as the Howard Leights. I bought a pair and removed the pad from the HF muffs and attached them to the pads on the HLs with double sided tape and it makes a big difference. It may require some super glue in the future if I use them in the WInter but the best sound I've gotten so far while remaining wireless is with my Grey Ghost ultimates plugged into the adapter clip and the WS4 receiver.
