Best settings for deep coinage on the F70?

Okay everyone, I know in the past I have been called a "clad stabber" so this year I am trying to push my F70 to newer limits for me. With this post on the forum I am asking everyone to just give me, and everyone else, your best deep coin hunting settings that you run on a regular basis. Now I know that the soil conditions and emi dictate alot of what we can and can not do with our machines, but with that being said we all also have numbers in mind when we set out to hunt to reach the maximum depth. I have recently pushed the F70 to disc 4, sens 70, thres 1 with 4h tones, and have found some super deep coins, just curious how much further others are pushing their F70's? Because this year I really want to pull out those deep old coins along with my clad that I find.

Those settings sound about right to me...any hotter and you might get too much scatter...though some of the guys hunt full sens power and find all sorts of silver coins...I get too burnt out too fast with audio overload and cant concentrate for more than an hour at a time...looks like you have a comfortable deep program there now, one you have confidence in right? You will not miss a 8" q or d with it I dont think..certainly not the Q...

I don't have a F70, but air tested my std F75 which I think is somewhat the same as the F70. So I will stop short of saying this is the best settings. So you may want to try this test for yourself.

I setup everything and started off with a factory rest Sen 60, disc 10, and US quarter, dime and nickel. Using that as a base I started making changes and recording the depth.

Old man's sweep speed = Q 6", D 5", N 5"
Fast sweep speed = Q 7.5", D 6.5", N 7.5"
Disc to 65 max = Q 10", D 9", N 9" (note I had to notch in nickels to keep the better depth)
Sen to 89 = Q 11", D 10", N 10" (same here I had to notch in nickels to keep the better depth)

I am not saying I get that in the ground, but I am saying the best air settings are the best ground settings.

i think all metal mode is the deepest but its only for cleaner areas but will give a iffy id on deeper targets, i have used the f70 t2se and now the f75se and in my soil turning the sense way up does not help the depth i have buried coins at different depths and turning the sense up past 75 does make any difference in depth hh
