what are the best settings for gold and what should it be reading,
I was doing a pratice with a gold chain and it ws telling me it was iron
is that correct what should it be.
 
unfortunately, gold reads in like a lot of trash targets. the jewelry i have found read in the iron/foil and pulltab range. just the price you have to pay if you want to dig jewelry targets.
 
Thanks i tested with a bracelet and it was showing iron so it had me confused.
