Best shaft for Excall II

like to hear from those that have an aftermarket shaft on their Excal

Pluggers straight shaft for the excal - good, strong, not too expensive. All are a plus as far as I can tell - balances the machine better too. I have not used it under water yet, but all I need to do is use the short shaft when I do. I have the two-piece model, though he makes a three-piece that is good for travel too. Plugger is a member here, has good service and is easy to work with. That's my recommendation.
