hello. im a new guy. my name is jeff. (pappygol). i found this bell at an auction. id like to know when and where it was made. it stands 17 inches tall. weighs 28 pounds. has alot of writing on it but no maker. i seen one just like it years ago at an auction in new jersey. probably 15 or 20 years ago. i wondered why it was in new jersey. let me know if you have any ideas. thank you.
