I have yet to find that elusive Franklin Half to add to my collection Skully. Looks like you beat me to it! ;) Very nice shape the Franklin is in. Congrat's on that Arrowhead Find! :clapping: Looks like you may have to keep your eye out for more of those. The Toy Truck is a Tootsie Toy, if you didn't already know that. You didn't get any Rings this time but you made up for it with the Franklin and the Arrowhead. Hope you find many more treasures at that lake and Good Luck and HH Skully.

When you get your first Franklin half there will probably be 10 in one hole. Just leave me a seated quarter and I will leave the next franklin half for you.

But it will be a well worn Seated Quarter! Actually, it would be really something if I could get you to a site that yielded more than 1 Seated Coin and you finally found your Seated Quarter after all these years. If I find a site loaded with Seated this year, you can count on coming with and having a little fun digging some nice old coins. We will see this year Rick!

Last year I found 7 Barber Quarters for the year. And a Morgan Dollar ta boot! I am sure you will land a Barber Quarter, all you have to do is keep going back to that spot where you found your Barber Half. Good Luck and HH!

If the point is from the texas area it would be a BIG SANDY point that would range from Late Archaic to early Woodland 10,000 to 3,000 B.P. Time frame ! Does the bottom of the point where the ears are feel smooth on the edges? If so this could be that type point! Hard to type unless I know what state it was found in! There are about 20 points that look like that all over the U.S. It is safe to say it would be at Least 1500 years old no matter what state it was from!
Nice find!
