Bigg Fisher Dogg F-75 only had a loose tooth! ---

Well Gang, today began early! I was up at 3:30am on go and pointing! I took my time but hurried to Raton, NM to check out a tot lot at a local school. I'd passed it by yesterday too tired to stop. I grabbed Bigg Fisher Dogg F-75 to see if he was ready to hunt. Immediately, I began having the same problems as yesterday with the screen going blank. I happened to brush the coil cable and hearing crackling realized something was definitely wrong. The cable connection was loose. Wednesday night, after having a pretty good day with the F-75 I had installed the free bonnet which came with the unit. Inadvertently, I'd failed to tighten down the grip nut. With the bonnet installed, I assumed all was well. It's a wonder the machine worked at all. Anyway, problem solved and the Dogg is wagging on go! Feeling much more confident with my new machine I actually cranked up SENSITIVITY to MAX but had to reduce down in the 80 range for most of my morning hunt. Here's my take for today and a few pictures of the area. Honestly, the 1869 Indian Head Penny was found under monkey bars! Can you believe it? I almost stroked. Some Dad somewhere is crying!!! I also included a few pictures of the park area. ---

COIN COUNT:
71 Lincolns
01 1869 Indian Head Penny
16 Nickels (my best nickel day ever!)
12 Dimes
