Got back from overseas last month and rummuged around through some of my old equipment that I keep in storage. Found an old 12.5" Crossfire Goldhunter for the Scorpion that I had forgotten about. Put it on the Scorpion and been swingin' it around a bit, but finally took it to the beach yesterday and had some fun. Didn't find much but a little crusty clad which is rollin' around in the tumbler now. I also dusted off my old CXIII and swung it aroung with the 10"x14" double"D" searchcoil. Only thing is I forgot my headphones!
I also forgot my little bungee/chest harness that I use when I've got a larger coil on the machine.
I got tuckered out after a couple hours, but I sure had a blast. I dug some deeper coins with that 12.5" on the Scorpion. My honey/better half/nurse was there with me to round it all off for a perfectly lovely day.

Yeah, it's really great to have her by my side. She really helps to keep me goin'. Couldn't do it without 'er. She takes really good care of this old soldier.
OH NO, that's HER machine.
Daddy no touchy
Happy Hunting!
