Blind Hog luck just struck. Going through my change and found a nice 1944 silver nickel.

I'm in retail and I close and count down 6 tills,I find some good stuff wheat pennies all the time.People are spending there old stuff have 6 silver dimes recovered thanks to other folks spendng them. I always keep an eye out for them..

... and still find this stuff. I havent found a Merc in a while, but silver dimes and quarters arent too uncommon. Wheats? several in a month.
And I snatch up and spend evey dollar coin I find. After all, I gotta do my part for the Uncle Willy Retirement Fund.

Good snag, Bill.

Yeah my wife used to manage a big cafeteria in a high rise downtown and she amassed quite a collection of silver and old coins. Working those tills is a veritable horn of plenty. :)
