Bottles

Found these in a dry lake.

Not sure of how old they are, the Pepsi has everyone stumped.

I would say the Pipsicola bottle is from 1966, I think that's what the 66 on the bottle represents.

Hi Boomer, Always check that particular style Coke bottle when you find them to see if they happen to be the "Christmas Coke". They will be dated Dec. 25, 1923. That's a "Goodie" and are rare now, and worth a few $.Even the one you show is older and becoming rare. Any older Coke is a goodie. First "Christmas" I found I actually pitched over my shoulder back into the woods before realizing something was different about it. Glad I saved it! Most all of your older "embossed" bottles will be of some value. HH, Charlie

Just looking around, I think that the Coke bottle is early 1950's. It also has 54-52 midway, offset to the left below the middle of the bottle.

I save all of the embossed pop bottles that I find, and any silk screened bottles of any type. I think even the no deposit, no return bottles are interesting. I agree with the estimated dates of the bottles. Nice finds!
