Bounty Hunter VLF 840 or Red Baron

Bob Guay

New member
Hi
I am looking to buy a bounty Hunter VLF 840 or Red Baron, this was the first Bounty Hunter I used in the early 80's, i would like to buy one reasonable. Reply to reguay2@gmail.com.

Thanks Bob

I have a Red Baron that I am willing to part with.. How much is it worth to you? It is in very good shape overall.. The only problem is the "slip fitting" on the shaft will not snug up (the very fine threads are not deep enough & it will not tighten) I wrap with duct tape to keep the shaft from slipping .. I also had to replace the battery pack with one from Radio Shack & it is a tiny bit wider. As a result the battery posts do not fit inside the compartment. I leave it sticking out a bit bit, A person might widen the doorway a touch or find a smaller battey case..

I live in Texas (76384) if you want to figure frieght cost....
