Brass "Acorn" Sleigh Bell

I was hunting at the house where I recently found the 1892 Barber dime and Indian Head penny and found a heavy, brass sleigh bell. It still has the "clapper" inside, and the bell rings. Cool!
 
Cool arnt they? and sound so much better than the cheap ones of today. You had to know they had a horse there probably for sleigh riding.CO
 
Cool find. My Gram used to have an old black leather strap hanging in the barn that had 5 or six of those on it.
 
That's a good looking crotal bell. Nice find.
