Can anyone tell me what this might be? It seems like brass. It is about 2 1/2 tall. On the bottom it reads "Pat. applied for" Feels like it is solid. Any info would be nice. Found it at an old park. Boy scouts and Girls scouts used to camp out there. Also a lot of festivals.
