We go back to Vandy Wednesday for the scan. Then we'll schedule an appointment with the plastic surgeon on another day. The tumors are in need of reduction but the risks of surgery at this point are great so all we can do is pray that the Lord will guide us in our decision making.

The new heartburn medicine is working great!! No complaints all day, he is like a different kid.

Please keep Samuel Anderson in your prayers. He is not doing well at all and is presently at Vandy. His latest updates can be found here:

May God guide and direct you to make the right decisions for Brian's healthcare and with love and worship to our Heavenly Father He will help you to do what is best for him and your family, Doug! Will be praying for Samuel and God's will to do what is best for him, too! The Lord is good and will meet all our needs when we call upon Him in the name of Jesus! It is not His will that anyone be ill with sicknesses and diseases but we live in a fallen world and sometimes it takes prayers and fastings to rid us and the world of the horrific trials that seem to go on and on; but in Jesus we have faith that this all will end when we leave these mortal bodies and are caught up with Jesus into the air for living in His wondrous and glorious love forever more!
