Brian's Battle (yesterday)

Pete in MI

New member
A little bleeding.
Posted 1 day ago

This morning at 2:30 Brian woke me up to show me a blood stained tissue. There were three drops of blood on his ever present Bible, his journal and several on his legs. He must have fallen asleep sitting up again with his head drooped forward. It is from his mouth again but it appears to have stopped. Brian said he thinks its from his lips because they are chapped but I'm afraid it is too much blood. I pray that is the case though.

I apologize for the delay in updating but Brian has feeling pretty good the last couple of weeks. He hasn't had any severe bouts of pain and his heartburn is now under control. He has had several days of stomach issues but I think those are behind us too. He has had a rough time sleeping also and yesterday he fell asleep while the teacher was reading to him.

He did get out one day and go for a cruise on his new set of wheels. I uploaded a pic of him riding on the street. I had him get a feel for it on the driveway before he hit the open road and I wish you could have seen his smile as he opened her up to see what she had under the hood!

He rode a little way down the street before he started feeling bad and wanted to go back to bed. He has been out once since to ride around the driveway for awhile. I sure wish he felt better because he loves riding the new scooter.

We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.

Thanks Pete and Doug, for the update on Brian! Still praying for him and all of you! May God's gracious love move and help Brian to feel better for the ability to ride his new scooter! I pray for his bleeding to stop permanently through Jesus' virtuous healing and loving care! Keep hope, faith and prayer in your life, Brian, for Jesus loves you and your family very, very much! Amen! Ma & Gamma Betty
