Bronze Coins??

chinacash

Member
Has anybody used a Ex II on Bronze coins? As any one knows they can ring in from foil to nickle and even pull-tabs depending on their copper to tin ratio! Here with the Chinese and Japanese coins. A foil reading and 3 inch plus is a good target along with the nickle reading too.
Just would like to know how well the two readings work in this area of coins and relics.
PS: Picture was from two weeks ago at a castle site in the jungle..found two more in the same area right after this picture. Two were stuck togehter..I like it when that happens!! These are from around the 1600's -1700's Japanese
Thanks and good luck everyone... Dave

I have NO doubt that the EXP would hit those coins. You'd just have to learn the tones and numbers they would hit at.

Another Dave with a 3D. Huh, well China is a long way from me.

I'm sure your 3D is doing well finding them also. I really like my 3D but I have to say that so far, I like my EXP as well or better. I had an Xterra50 for a short time but I didn't like it.

Good Luck and keep posting
