[size=medium]I haven't really been posting much lately. Just had "minor" surgery! That was on the 9th, surgery ended up being a bit more than minor, funny thing is that the surgeon must have forgot to tell us! All they said to my wife and daughter is that "it was a little more involved". Got home in serious pain, next day noticed infection. My wife works at a hospital so knew to mark the area and keep an eye on it. The infection went well past her markings but anti-biotics started clearing it up. Long story short, I am still in pain and have concerns about the procedure, now I am told recovery may be a few more weeks when I was originally supposed to be active within a few days. It feels like what is hurting me the most is not being able to get out in this long awaited weather to do some detecting! 
(just kidding, wish that was the case!) <br>Well it is of no surprise that the Lord had other plans. I was planning since last year a trip to FL and then work my way up the east coast back to NY. I couldn't imagine that for a few months now the trip just wasn't coming together, some reason or another it kept being delayed. Originally I would have left around March 13th stayed for maybe a few weeks then detect my way home. None of my health problems were really evident until recently. Went to doctor, got me in for surgery right away. I thank the Lord that the trip didn't come togther now as I look back. My wife would of have probably received a call from a Florida surgeon!!! Not sure what the Lord has in store from here, but I praise Him for the time to get into His word and do some studies! <p>P.S. I will post some more pics of Taco soon, (per request!), maybe with a few surprises of some others we rescued! Hope all is well with everyone, Tim[/size]
