Buy the SE coil only?

I would like to know if we can buy the original coil of the SE (to replace my old faulty Explorer XS coil)?

that they previously own. The 5",8",12", etc. So yes, it will work! And another fact is the X-1 Probe off of an Explorer II will work on the SE. Hope this helps! Good Luck and HH.

I went through six 7.5" coils before I got one that locked on better on deeper targets. I went throught five 10.5" till I found one I liked but this past November I killed it in about 8 inches of salt water so the search is on again...
