Am I in the wrong place? I thought I was in the "CHRISTIAN METAL DETECTING FORUM". Remember God loves us all, or at least that is what I have been told and belive. Whats the big fuss?? Happy days are ahead of you...
 
From what I remember, god loved lucifer, but he still sent him to hell.
 
Speedy, we are Christians on this forum or most of us anyway! We live like Jesus and don't want anyone to go into the Lake of Fire and be eternally punished with torture and torment and that is what will happen to all, who don't accept Jesus as their own personal Savior and live for and serve Him! Homosexualtiy is wrong and you will learn this by reading the Bible and gaining godly wisdom! We love everyone enough to warn them about their destiny of the second death! Many, many people will die in the flesh but Christians will not experience the second death......but will live with Jesus in His presence, eternally! Those alive at Jesus' catching up His saints will not die in the flesh!!

Do you love sinners enough to warn them about where their end will be or do you love them and let them live ungodly and against God's Holy Word! It is each person's choice where they will spend eternity, either in heaven or hell! Do you want to live in a sinful and ungodly country like others who believe in other gods and aren't blessed like our nation has been? If it weren't for our prayers and Christian living the US would have already gone down to the sewer where it will soon be when there are homosexuals running the gov't offices and making laws that are ungodly being contrary to God's commandments! The Bible says love your neighbor as yourself.....do you want to go into everlasting fire or want your neighbor to do so too!? Thank about it............................God has blessed the USA but he will be taking His hand off us if He hasn't already!

There are many people who call themselves "Christians" and hide behind their religion or use it as crutch.
But there again I couldn't even limp into heaven without Jesus.. so maybe he is MY crutch :surprised:
Going to church doesn't make you a Christain as going to McDonalds makes you a hamburger.
You can make a noise like an aeroplane... but it doesnt make you an aeroplane.

Ive seen what the power of God can do... Ive seen miracles... and I'm not afraid to say it.
Just take a look at society how its changing things...
Even in not just in US people now say " Happy Holidays" or Merry XMAS.
The Christ is being taken out of CHRISTmas.
Were I live in Norway... people are fighting have Christianity not taught in schools ( and we are meant to be a Christian country).

I personally believe in the bible and every word of it... no matter if I don't understand all of it.
If I start to change it and move things around to suit myself.... then my faith is worth nothing... because its based on that WORD.

God doesn't hate the "homosexual". he sent his Son to die for him or her. He created Adam and Eve... not Adam & Steve.
What he does hate is the act of "homosexuality". there is a big difference many Christians should do well to take note of that fact.
We seem to "grade" our sins according to what we think is extreme... but in Gods eyes there all the same.. there is no difference between lying or homosexuality.

I used to be a youth evangelist in the UK for quite a few years and could tell you all a few stories about the power of God.
Yes he is alive... and people can see him I hope in the way I live my life. Dont get me wrong.. "I'm not holier than thou"
I get it wrong every day...but I do know that I'm forgiven when I take those mistakes to the foot of the cross.

The devil ( yes there is one) does really try to make me feel guilty... but Jesus has kicked his ass BIG TIME and he knows it... so he tries to drag me down and others with him.

Thanks Goes4ever! I hope speedy gets it and truly becomes saved in Christ Jesus! God never wants anyone to perish, but they must repent of their sins.....turn around on life's road from sinning willfully and follow the path of God in Jesus' glorious light! The darker it is, the more He shines! Just look at what is said in all the posts to speedy and others like him! We are shining His loving light before them and it is up to them to believe and be set free forever more! :angel:

heres my thoughts ...love the person not thier acts.....God loves us but not the acts of sin we do..i think thats what speedy was trying to say......correct me if im wrong speedy please. dont want to put words in your mouth.....my view on this subject.....i am sickened by what our gov. has been quoted to say..." I will not support an amendment to the constitution that would overturn this state Supreme Court ruling." It has been big news here in Cali. We voted on this topic and it was shot down dramatically. but yet somehow it came to be......I feel this is just another sign for us christians to see that Jesus's return is at our doorstep. I am not looking forward to the Gay rights agenda that is soon to follow this ruling....they say it goes into affect as soon as june 16th. This state is lost....:help:
 
I would not make another statement in this forum pro or con, taking into consideration the christian like way people respond. Dobbie you are absolutley right, read my post, i only defended the person not the act... at no time did I insult or belittle anyone, but the good people in this forum, who can't read didn't think twice about jumping to the attack, a chance to try and force their views and beliefs on others.
