This is a recipe from someone in the Northeast....not sure of its effectiveness..

Was thinking of using kielbasi instead of hot dogs for meat ingredient...would that work ?

Can I use turkey instead of chicken?

Thanks for looking and replying

Dead give away: Northeast.Mag Here in Gonzales,La.we are the Jambalaya Capital of the world.I cook a jambalaya just about two too three time a Mo.That recipe is not close to a jambalaya.First you need a black iron pot with a cover to start,Well when I get time (not now) I'll post the Cajun recipe on a real jambalaya. You can cook the recipe you have,But don't call it a jambalaya,Cause it ain't.
