Still learning this thing but I'm getting a little better with he tones. Searched in all metal Saturday, That's when things started to pickup. I would search in all metal and when I heard a good tone I would switch to coin jewelery. If it still looked good I would pin point and dig it. This machine is really good. I am just starting to appreciate how well this thing can sound off to a good target even when there is a lot of other metal around it. All metal is really busy but I found going real slow and just listing for good tones was the way to go. I searched a couple hours and didn't get much then I tried all metal and I didn't search more than a 20 foot by 20 foot area and found the 6 wheat Penny's the silver ring and toy gun. All my detecting was done around an old foundation.
