I tried a local swimming hole today, Wow the pull tabs overwhelmed me, I know there's gold since I have found a small 14K ring there by luck I suppose. Funny I found a 51 Rosie after I gave up on the gold.Soo many tabs, Maybe I just stay a land pirate.

When your bit your bit literally. You are definitely bit with the gold bug and for that matter just plain detecting. You just never know whats in a box of chocolates. That next beep could be the big one. Nice finds again and keep em coming.

Pull tabs are usally along the shore line -
Have you tried deeper water??

What method do you use in the water??????

1.) Scoop and floating basket or Fan and pinpoint?

2.) What is the bottom like - sandy or rocky or clay ?

3.) Do hunt during the day or at night ?

All of these factor in to finding the gold.......

First you have to remove the coinage and trash to get to the gold

But remember the big gold sounds like trash..............

Example: Explorer 2

Slide weights, smashed alluminum screw off caps, and a penny all have a reading of 7 - 25 on the explorer......

But guess what so dose a mens gold wedding band!!!!

If ya dont dig the trash ya dont get the gold...

Ya dont need a screen display -
