You found some nice finds once again. The old Dog Tax Tag is worth money to collector's! Up here in North Dakota, there were Dog Tax Tags all the way back into the mid-1880's, and these are worth a lot of money due to how scarce they are to find. Rick(ND) found a Dog Tax Tag about 2 years ago that was 1888 and he got rid of it for a AU 1880 $5 Gold Piece. This was after I told him that it was Dakotah Territory Era. The guy he traded it to offered him $50 but then I had Rick tell him that it pre-dated North Dakota becoming a State by 1 year and that is why he was offered $200 for just this Dog Tax Tag alone. So hang onto those old Dog Tax Tags Skully because there is collector's out there that will pay cash or trade for older Tags like the one you found. Great Find! The Toy Car is one I have never heard of so it might be wise to Google the name under the car or try Ebay under Toys and Hobbies with the name and see what comes up. Looks pretty old to me! Congrats on the Silver Quarter and the 2 Mercury Dimes! Those are always fun to find and now your speaking my Language! Wish I had sites with Gold and Silver overflowing Lake banks here but there is a lot of people with water detectors and have worked the Lakes pretty clean. Also, it looks like another Home-made Lead Weight to add to your collection and better luck next time on the stone in the watch. Good Luck and HH.:yo::thumbup:
