It has a lion on it with a zig zag line above him. almost looks like the lion is carrying something in his hand.

Looks like Amcrest is a company of somesort - try Googling the name. And I think you mean "Coat of Arms" not "Code of Arms." A lion in a coat of arms is a common symbol - if you Google "coat of arms" you should find many examples and maybe something similar. This item looks like a charm or watch fob.
