Sent in my F75 which was acting up after a couple of months. They couldn't find a problem and sent it back. I emailed them after using it again a couple of time. Same problem. I talked to the repairman on the phone and told him my detecting history and also that I had been using exclusivle Fisher since 1983, other than the White's MXT which I traded in on the F75.
He said if they couldn't find the problem there they would replace the entire circuit board. Guess they did that as it works fine. Didn't cost me one penny.

Sorry to hear Leslie....they may have just lost a good customer.....maybe contact another Fisher repair shop and see if they can help you!! That is why we shop around for the most helpful and the best deal! I pray your detectors get repaired with no more problems or expense! Amen! Ma Betty

You got customer service alright, bad service. No matter how irritating the customer, no matter what the circumstance, it is NEVER appropriate to refer YOUR customer to someone else or to brush them off. Pretty sad Oh and BTW, I was not implying your request was annoying...lol. Seemed pretty cut and dry to me.
