Car charger question

I am about to buy a deus and want to know if I really need a car charger, or if I can just use the charging unit I use for my phone that accepts a USB plug. Can anyone relay the charging info from the deus car charger for me? Voltage and amperage.

Cant wait to join everyone here as a deus owner.

Car charger is no neccessary, I prefer to use 5000 mAh External Battery 10W/5W dual USB charger for iPod and iPhone (available on eBay).

A good charge lasts at least 10 hours. It's a USB on one end but the Deus end is a different connector. I forget actual name. I am not sure the info you seek is out there. I will look into it for you.

External Battery I have mentioned has all suitable conectors an what is more I do not have to charge in the car, and can do it anywhere.
