Last year Betty and I were invited to a Mardi Gras party in N.O. (people we know),Well anyhow this fellow that invited us likes to hunt moose and elk.He go up north west and hunt's every year.Last year he killed and elk.People I love chili,Well he love to cook chili and made the chili with elk meat.That was the best chili I ever eat in my life,I don't know if it was the elk meat are just the cook.But it was good.
