it is a video of Obama speaking on the bible.as my video dosnt work well i am having a hard time watching it but it may be worth checking out.

Ignorant arrogance. This post is for people that believe the Bible is the Word of God, and are Christians. If you don't believe this, that's your prerogative and I'm not here to argue with you... New (Pages: 1 2)
 
I went to the friends and finds forum and couldn't watch the video but I did leave a message for General Ray, an unbeleiver! He needs prayer and lots of it! :sad:

So I hate stepping on toes but God does tell us we are to be the salt of the earth and if we ignore a lost soul and not tell them of Christ then how much better are we then them?
 
Thanks, dobbie, for responding to ray's post also. Yes, we are to be witnesses to the lost but doing it in love when we can and other times we must pull them out of the fire by the hem of their garments. Jesus said, "If you are ashamed of Me, then I will be ashamed of you!" Sure don't want Him to be ashamed of me when I stand before Him someday! If the lost one we witness too won't accept our witnessing, then we are to shake the dust off our feet and let them alone and go on witnessing for Jesus to other lost souls! :angel:

Just wanted both of you fine Lady's :clap: to know that you must never worry about stepping on my toes to a post that I make on the Friends & Finds Forum or any other poster's post, as Moderator and creator of the Friends & Finds Forum thanks to my good friend the Guvner any post or reply on the Friends & Finds Forum is open for debate and I will step up to the plate first and for most to defend your right to make that post or reply as Moderator of that forum and many other forums here on Findmall :thumbup:

A little history about the Friends & Finds Forum, most of us have been together more then 10 years, I have traveled to 11 states ( Texas, Missouri, Alabama, Connecticut, Michigan, UpStateNY, Maine, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois and the great state of Wisconsin ) and hunted and shared their lives and their family's and broken bread with many of these fine folks which are all believers and Christians but yet we all get along and care about each other and truly care because if we didn't we wouldn't be a forum and together more then 10 years.

If it wasn't for this forum and it's fine christian folks and non christian folks I wouldn't be living in Alabama right now working for the best employer I have ever worked for at the age of 54, he turn my life around by giving me a honest man a job and a chance for change from the building bust that just happen and I worked in for more then 25 years, he took a chance on this non-believer and made his decision on who I was and how I live my life and not what I believe :clap:

I'm his plant manager and right hand man and he is thank full that I am, what I am trying to say Betty and Dobbie is this, there is nothing wrong with asking questions and stating what you really believe when replying to a post that makes a claim, after all that's why I am a United States Marine because freedom of religion and speech and expression is what it is all about I always thought :thumbup:

I try to keep things on a normal level and won't let two issues dominate my forum, yes table talk is OK, yes god bless is OK and sending out prays, this has never been a issue of mines or never will be but making a statement and saying this is the finale word and is not open for argument is not what my forum is about, you make the statement and that alone makes it open for debate and I will defend that right regardless of beliefs.

The other issue is politics, nothing ever comes good out of this issue, that's why we have a views forum ;) it all comes down to you and what you believe and like the issue of religion and what you believe nothing good ever comes out of it because folks have different views and always will, history has shown us this.

I live by a simple rule, it's best to just get along and not push your views or and I won't push my views on you, that's why the Friends & Finds Forum has been together for so long and works, this allows believers and non-believers to get along and coexist.

Would like to say hello to a few old faces I haven't seen in a while but remember, hello Mike from MI "Iron Brigade" always good to see you out hunting and well :thumbup:, howdy Pete in MI :thumbup: and how can I forget SEMPERFI61, how ya been bud :usmc: and many others here, where is Jeff, been awhile since he posted here and on my forum :blink:

and if you felt that way I am sorry. I was simply stated a concern. the same concern every christian has for non believers. and I stand by what I posted. didnt mean to offend you.
 
not agreeing with me, ya see, I live by a simple rule, you have your thoughts and I have mine, yours are no more better then mines, they are what they are, just thoughts ;)
 
Thanks, Ray, for responding to my post on your forum! Dobbie and I are just concerned about where you will spend eternity and we don't want you to continually be unsaved and that is why we are and will keep praying for you! It is not God's will that any should perish but that all should come to repentance and be saved in the blood He shed at Mt. Calvary. Only through Jesus' precious blood and His forgiveness of our sins can we enter into heaven with Him, soooo when it is time for you to have a change of mind and heart by faith, He'll be there waiting for you, unless the end of the age as we know it comes to an end after the saints are caught up into the air to forever be with Jesus! Jesus loves you and so do we! :)

General Ray, You don't know me and I dont know you. I used to share in your opinions and thoughts. Do basic good, do more good than bad, be a good person and everything would be alright. But then someone who barely knew me asked me what would happen to me when I died and I had to truly think about the answer. I studied, asked alot of questions and read about Christ. He is the answer and He is the only answer. I have been saved for 8 years now, but lived a long and troubled life before that. All I can offer you is my simple and humble prayers and ask you for the opportunity for a favor. If you would allow it I would love to be able to answer any questions you might have about God and/or His son Christ and the plan of salvation they offer. You are right that a person should be able to make their own decisions and form their own opinions, but wouldn't you agree that that person should be fully informed. All I ask for is the chance to answer any questions you might have. God's blessings to you sir. Malaquin

Glad you stopped by. I am also glad that you responded so well to the wonderful ladies here. Not long ago someone else didn't and we lost a good one!
