[attachment 200660 chicken1.jpg] We're gonna start with 2 platters of Tenderloins that have been prepped in a mixing bowl with about 2 cups of Olive Oil. The olive oil helps the spices adhere to the chicken as well as provide a little protection from the direct flame of a grill.

[attachment 200661 chicken2.jpg] This is all the spices we're gonna need tonight. McCormack also make a steak seasoning that is outstanding whether it's grilled outside or broiled in the oven. It's called "Montreal Steak Seasoning." We use it on everything from Fillet Mignon to Hamburger. Highly recommend it !

[attachment 200663 chicken4.jpg] "Grills Gone Wild !" Too bad y'all can't smell this !

[attachment 200664 chicken5.jpg] Fresh off the grill and ready for the table. This will last several meals, easier to do a bunch and then use over the next few days. These are excellent chopped up and put in a garden salad. That's all for this evening. Hope you enjoyed.
