I've had my 705 since X-mas ,today I put on my new 10.5 MF coil and hit an old trashed out yard in all metal 28 tones and hit a 1945 walking liberty at 7 inches ,WOW what surprise .I don't know how to put the pics on here

Congrats on such a find first time out!

As for pics.... You can either use a host site to store them and post using the IMG code tags, or upload directly to the site via the "upload file" option at the bottom of the post composition page.

Nice find.

Congrats and that's my next coil unless they come out with something new

I thought it worked great ,easy to separate as I was getting about 10 targets per swing

Congrat's on the Walker. They are always fun to fun.

I've been using the 10.5 MF DD coil for 7 years now and that's the only coil I use.

thanks Mark that was only my third silver coin,i think i'll be leaving the 10.5 MF on for a while .I think the 6 inch digger is great to

I have both coils and to be honest I think my 10.5 MF coil is far better then the digger

IMO, it's all about specific conditions and targets sought. If conditions are mild, clean enough to use a big coil, and holding deep targets, then a larger coil of any frequency might well do the job. But if conditions are tough with iron trash, or the substrate makeup is dense enough to keep targets from sinking too deep, and if you're after high conductors like copper, silver, and brass, then the 6" Digger could easily be the hot ticket.
