that; what is says om the ring

at first i think it was a persons name bur when i looked it up i got all bible talk

Christian doctrine is what each church stands by as their statement of beliefs. ( I hope I explained that right ) Now to add 67 to the end, the only thing I could find is that it could be a reference to a Bible verse. So it would likely be as a reminded to the person who wore it.
