I was at a yard sale and got a book that was printed in1867 it's full of civil war map. They show where they marched, camped, and had battles. I have seen thousand of them but have never ever seen maps like these. Is there any value to them. I will never get two use them.Because live on the west cost. And will never get back east.

If you're thinking about selling it, I would be interested. I live in Virginia and there are CW battlefields all around me.

So...what's the highest bid on the book so far? LOL I bet you've gotten a ton of private messages on that. I'd be interested also, particularly if there is anything on the Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky area. Let us know what your plans are for the book, I'm sure there are several people here who would be interested in being its new owner.
Thanks,
Brad

Hang on to it sounds like a really nice bit of history.Make contact with a well known relic hunter .down South. If they want the book have them take you out relic hunting a couple dozen times included in the sale of the book..:clapping:
