Only Kennedy half-dollars from '65 to '70 are 40%.. the rest is clad. Pre '65 half-dollars, quarters and dimes are 90%..

OOPS! My bad, the 40% Ikes were first struck in 1971.

It looks like they are only selling 40% junk silver, and at a 20% premium over melt, @ quantity of $100 face. Slightly lower premiums at higher quantities.
