Classic II or Silver uMax?

Looking for advice with the choice I need to make. I have several children that like to hunt with me when I do get the chance to hunt. I like the pinpointing on the Classic II and I like the weight of the Silver uMax. The youngest person that will be using the Detector will be my 4 year old son.
Any help and advice will be appreciated.
