I'm trying to decide what coil I should choose. I already have the 9" concentric coil 7.5KHZ. (I'm talking about coils for my 705 minelab) I wanted another coil for soft sand generally damp at times from salt water beach hunt....I don't want to really go to the wet (but would like too) I have a minelab excalibur and Sovereign GT for that.
I need single frequency for small gold. I want some feed back if I choose the 9" 18.75 Khz. concentric--Or 10.5" 18.75. DD

Can I use these coils at playgrounds or land hunting. 90% of my hunting is Beach !

If the beaches you hunt are mineralized, as most salt water beaches are, you would get better results with a DD coil.
 
I'm on the East coast of Fl. with little mineralized sand. I just bought the 9" concentric 18.75 Khz. I'll give that a try. It has to be good for something.
