coil help

I just bought a new SE Pro and added an FBS 800 coil . Will a Stealth x8 or SEF 6x8 coil be of any advantage over the Minelab coil??? thanks for your answers in advance.. Ron B.

The 6X8 is quite a bit better than either the 8" FBS or X-8... More stable, deeper and great separation.. Around here(NW Indiana) The 6X8 has a couple inches of depth on a dime size target.. If you hunt extremely trashy areas consider a 6" Excelerator coil as well... I have a X-5, X-8, 6" Excelerator, 6X8 SEF 10x12 SEF & of course a Pro coil.. I hunt old schools & parks.. If I was to keep one, it would be the Pro, if two, The Pro and 6X8 if three Pro, 6X8 & the 6" Excelerator.. wildherre

minelab 8 coil is good like other coils, start to use it and you will learn if you like it, I personally dont use it often because 99.9% i use 1050 coil. good luck stasys
