Coils

There was a couple of reports earlier about (possible) leaking 11" stock coils.---Anybody else had any problems in that regard or were these reports isolated incidents?

My 11" DD seems to be holding it's own.

Ive only had mine in two to three inches of water but no problems with it. I got mine pretty early on so I think I have a fat bros version. It does not say gold bug or fisher on it.

Del, mine's going ok... I've only had it wet once (when I was washing/cleaning it) & got a bit wary after I heard/read of the "leak" thing...haven't had it at the beach for about 6 weeks, and am just using the 5" dd at the moment. When at the beach (saltwater) I dont use it in the water as I have other machines for that, but it is great in all metal in the dry sand, and even damp sand. HH

Mine seems to be doing ok so far also.-----Was just wondering what some of you other guys were experiencing in this regard since those earlier reports came out.---------Thanks, Del
