Coiltec Platypus Coil on SE readings?????

grumpy

New member
Can any of you Coiltec Platypus Coil users on SE's tell me if you get the same readings on this coil you do on the other coils you use.??
I have used about every coil I can find and this is the first one that I can say reads different than the others on my machine?? It seems to read lower numbers for an item than the others do. I use a 5 in sunray and a stock coil then the Platy and it reads the same coins usually with a smaller number on both f and c than the others do?? I dont have a problem with it doing that because the sounds are still good and what I go by more than anything since James set me on the straight and narrow about that but it is still a question if anyone has feedback on would like to hear it. The Joey made by the same people didnt do this.?
Thanks for any imput

Wanted a second opinion. Will double check it and make sure I was not having brain f--t and then send it back to Doc if its not right. Seems to work real well.
