COILTEK 15" WOT & PLATYPUS COILS

Hey Chuck,

Here in Australia it's "The Ducks Nuts" (eg Excellent) and Platypus is spelt with a "y".

Regards Boony

I dont think so jbm the standard coil is still deeper, and although some say the platypus is a lot lighter it is not .

I never weighed the Platypus to see what it actual weighed, but it sure felt lighter by quite a bit being it was better balanced. The connection spot was more in the very center of the coil giving it a better balanced. On the depth they both are good and we find in some side by side comparison on actual targets the stock will do better on some while the Platypus would give a better response on some than the stock coil. I feel the Platypus is better in trashier sites myself than the stock coil is, but both are good.
