I didnt burn it up on old coins, but i did well on the clad. I managed a 42 Merc, 1899 IH, 1954 dog tag, a Sac dollar and some kind of a state token. The rest of the clad totaled $12.38. I found the older targets at an old Indy park that used to have an amusement park just down the road. These parks have and still are being hit a lot not to mention its a huge park. So i concentrated on one area and tried to make my time out count.

I dont normally hunt a lot of clad but our club is having a year long contest for the most clad and complete set of state quarters. So a couple of the places i hunted i knew there wasnt anything old going to be there so i just reduced my sensitivity and covered as much ground as i could cherry picking.

That's a lot of clad, Dew!! I'd be happy finding that many quarters.

Congrats on your oldies too!!
