Columbus Day Weekend Stuff

Top paper towel is yesterday. I had an Internet failure last night into this morning. Bottom paper towel is today. Photo 2 is all the jewelry and 5 wheat cents from both days. Today my first two digs were rings. They are the ones on the right. One is fake, the big one with turquoise, the other is sterling silver, smaller, and very nice actually. I was really feeling gold coming but it wasn't in the cards. I dug 38 coins today before I got a quarter. That's a warning for you cherry pickers. Yesterday I got the gold plated ring that had white enamel on it which fell off and the tiny 925 pendant with a tinier diamond. I think my total today was 105 coins which is my first 100 plus coin day of October. Passed 16,000 total lifetime coins sometime today too. Only 84,000 to catch John.

Sore feet, sore back, sore fingers. No detecting for me tomorrow. Please pass the Celebrex.

I logged it as 3.5 hours yesterday and 3 hours today. Yesterday was a bit under 3.5 hours actually and today was just a hair over 3 hours. Two completely different sites. Today's site was one I was hitting hard this Spring. It's up in the mountains and I went to look at the trees before all the leaves drop off.
