how does the 5.75''coil compare with the old 7" coil?do they make a new 7" smooth one?:unsure:
 
The 5.75 coil is better in my opinion is gives great target separation plus it also reduces the weight even more on this Lightweight unit. You can't go wrong with either one though. The 7" is a great coil on this unit as well.
