Wow, thanks for sharing. That site makes every beep worth getting excited about. Waiting on the rest of the corn to come off and more amazing finds. Congrats!

SEN 92, tx 3 and moved it to 2 but it got settled down and pushed it back up to 3, 7KH BECAUSE IT WAS THE QUIETEST ON THIS SITE.
reactivity 2 silencer 0
full tones audio responce on 4
iron vol 0
notch nothing and discrim on 1 so I could still here the iron.

I think on the deus most of the programs are almost the same but you can change it a bit to preform to your liking. The best way to test settings is to have a couple of programs loaded next to one another and then test them in the field on a target you want to dig. This way we can hear the difference. I know the silencer is used for more depth but also the disc has an effect and I have found that using 18 freq is really the way to go in heavy iron and full tones..

my programs are very close with the reactivity being the main change between my trash and deep programs.

That is what I really like about the Deus the controls even subtle one make a difference. Can't wait for the new software up date. The racer for some reason has some magic software that lets it hunt with the dues and stay in the game. I hunted on hard site and both detectors picked up all the targets except the deus missed a rusty washer. But when relic hunting on an old site you just have to go by the rule. If you get a hit get and its solid maybe walk away but any hint of another tone mixed in no matter what it sounds like you just have to dig it. In England they walk away from a lot of iffy targets mixed with iron. Wonder if they are leaving Viking axe heads and swords that are caked with iron. what are they missing and is just the way the mindset is because there is so much iron in the ground????? Food for thought
