General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Greetings, A little over two weeks ago I posted "A constructive critique of Tesoro. I had PM's asking me for an update. Here it is. On Dec 3rd I received an email from Robert saying the detector would be mailed out Dec 4 either repaired or unrepaired with a $60. refund. Since it has been two weeks and I haven't seen the detector I am beginning to realize I will never see it. I have been a Tesoro proponet despite the constant ribbing of my Whites' friends. I can take a joke at my expense, however it has progressed to the point that I no longer go detecting with them. I also realize I will never see the $60. I paid to have the detector repaired. All I receive for this is the "stink eye" from my wife. I won't divorce her. So, since I would like to end this situatuion, You can keep the Lobo orig. you can also keep the $60. I paid for the repair. Consider it a contribution to the office Christmas party. I want to put this whole experience behind me and this is the most expedient way I know. Merry Christmas.
 
Im betting you will get your detector. I sent my Outlaw back in October ago and it took them 4 weeks to fix it. I think they are pretty busy there. I know that Robert spent some time in the hospital with a broken bone last month. I hope thy make it right. Best of luck to you.
 
Did you get a tracking number? They will give you one if you ask for it. The last time Tesoro shipped something back to me it took 2 days. Good luck.
 
We are cutting your check today and mailing it back to you today. Sorry for any inconveniences you have occurred. The Engineer was going to try to get it done and didn't. Sorry.

They wont pick it up for another 3 hours. So don't try to look it up until tonight 4:30 Arizona time or later.
